Nano Brows Befores and Afters with 6-8 week healed results.
When you get Nano Brows I will always choose a color slightly darker and warmer (red/yellow) based off your skin tone and hair color because when they heal they will always heal lighter and cooler undertone. Cooler means they will be on the ashier side of what color you chose so not as much red and yellow. So when you look at the before and after see how much it fades and changes so that when we choose your nano pigment you remember that we have to go darker and warmer than what you want them to heal to be.
I chose a color slightly more auburn brown so it would heal closer to her natural hair color. That is exactly what we got.
When you have black hair you don't want to go completely black ink because it will just fade more gray and get ashier over time. So I always do a darker warmer brown. Sometimes it looks black but as it heals it will have a bit more warmth.
We decided to do a warmer auburn but when they healed we decied we wanted even warmer so for her 2nd appt we went even more red. That is what the touch up appt is for so we can tweak or change anything with color or shape.
She had some ink purged during the healing process so we made sure to fill in the gaps, and we wanted to even out the shape and arch at her 2nd appt. So we perfected them at her 2nd appt.
As a Permanent Makeup artist you are always giving your best guess based off experience, skin tone, hair color, etc. Some people will change the color drastically, purge and not hold as much ink as usual, and the tails might disappear. That is what the second appt is for. its for all the details to perfect and make you absolutely LOVE the healed result.

What to Expect During Your Nano Brow Appointment
1. Consultation
We discuss your goals, existing brows, past PMU, desired shape and color. I will give recomendations and hear feedback.
2. Prepping and Numbing the area.
I will use an alcohol wipe to sanitize the area, scrub the skin, and then place the numbing on the skin and put plastic over it.
3. Brow Mapping
Your brows are measured and mapped to create a balanced shape tails ending not too low, and making sure arches are more angular or rounded based off your preferences.
4. Color Selection
Pigment is selected based on your natural or chosen hair color and skin tone.
5. Nano Brow Procedure
Fine hairstrokes are created using a tattoo machine and after doing first pass on one brow I will renumb and move to the second brow, so you are in as little pain as possible.
6. After care Instructions
You'll receive detailed instructions for caring for your brows while they heal.
7. Perfecting Session
I will check when you are available and schedule your perfecting and touch up session. This appt is usually 6-8 weeks later. We will adjust color, shape, or any worries or concerns after it is all healed so we can make your perfect set of brows that you will LOVE.
What do I do if I have past Microblading/PMU?
Having past Microblading or PMU tattoo doesn't make you a bad candidate for Nano brows, but there are alot of questions that I would ask and want to see a picture or in person to see what the work looks like, and if it can be changed or tweaked. If its too saturated or if you don't love the shape and want it changed significantly than you might want it removed first. If you want to schedule a consultation we can figure it out together. you could also be a good candidate for color correction.
Nano Brow After Care
Stay Away from Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna
Stay away from Direct Sunlight and wear Sunglasses, and Hats
Wipe Your Brows with Water Wipes forward and back 3 times a day for first 2 days the rest 10-14 days do it morning and night.
Put the balm on after wiping them
If you are a side sleeper put bandaids on your tails of your brows
Healing Process
Remember your skin will heal differently and some people heal in shorter time, some longer, some have more skin that peels, and some have none. But this is a timeline that is similar to a lot of people.
Days 1-3
Brows may appear darker and warmer and more defined. You might wonder if you made the right choice or think it's too dark etc. Especially if you want from little to no brow hair. Trust the process.
Days 4-7
Brows will start flaking some skin, the color can dissappear it's called the ghosting phase. Trust the process.
Days 10-14
You will be done flaking and can shower and swim, hot tub, and sauna again. You might feel itchy because its healing but that's ok. You might even get to the point you feel they are too light and you might have gotten used to the initial color, but remember we can always choose a darker color at your touch up appt.
Weeks 2-4
Brows will start to settle and you will start to see what the color and what the strokes will look like healed.
Weeks 6-8
You will get your touch up appt and can share anything you want tweaked or changed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Much do Nano Brows Cost?
I charge $600 that includes consultation, brow mapping, First appt, and Second appt 6-8 weeks later.
How often do Nano Brows need a touch-up?
Depends on the color we choose, How well you take care of them, and the way your skin holds on to the ink. It can vary for everyone. usually 2-5 years. Some people want touch ups yearly and some people go much longer in between appts.
Can I wear Makeup after Nano Brows?
For the first 10-14 days you are not supposed to put anything but the balm on, but after that time frame yes you can put makeup on them.
What Should I do before my appointment?
If you have any questions or concerns ask me. If you want to do any facials or anything like that do it before. 6-24 hours before you should eliminate or minimize caffeine and if you are aon a blood thinner that you can skip one day than do that. Come hydrated and eat something. Also I recommend comfortable clothing you will be laying down on a massage bed for a couple hours.
Do Nano Brows Hurt?
When I do it I do a primary numbing, and once I do a first pass than I do a secondary numbing. Most of my clients say they couldn't feel anything. Especially after secondary numbing. Most people say they can feel the vibration, but that is mostly it. I have been told it does not hurt the way microblading does, and I can attest to that.
Can I get Nano Brows with oily skin?
Yes any skin type can get nano Brows. Microblading is not a good fit for Oily skin it can bleed the strokes together because they are wider because its a blade, but with nano brows you can.
Are Nano Brows better than Microblading?
I personally think its the Newer better version of Microblading since everyone is a good candidate and with microblading only 40% of people are. if you want to read more on that. Check out my blog article I wrote about it. Click HERE
Can Nano Brows cover old microblading?
Depending on the color and saturation level sometimes yes and sometimes its not the best choice. If you aren't sure you can fill out the form and do a consultation.
How Long do Nano Brows Last?
It depends on the color and how well you take care of it. We usually say it lasts 2-5 years but can get a touch up sooner.
Are Nano Brows Permanent?
Yes some people describe PMU services and microblading as semi permanent the ink used is supposed to eventually fade but there are some ink colors that could last forever unless you get them removed. So I will always say yes it is permanent makeup but can fade overtime.
