Angela customizes permanent eyeliner to complement your eye shape and desired level of definition, from subtle enhancement to a more noticeable eyeliner look Each treatment is designed with your natural features and desired results in mind.
Permanent Eyeliner
This client wanted to have lash enhancement slightly getting thicker on the outer edge. Lash enhancement is when its just where your lashes grow out of your skin and not any thicker. She loved the result.
This client wanted to have top and bottom eyeliner and wanted a small kick up winged eyeliner. She loved the result. Not everyone is a good candidate for a winged eyeliner. If you have too much of a hooded eye I wouldn't recommend getting a winged eyeliner.

What to Expect During Your Permanent Eyeliner Appointment
1. Consultation
We discuss your goals, past PMU, desired shape and color. I will give recomendations and hear your feedback. See whether you want just Lash Enhancement, Classic Eyeliner, or winged eyeliner.
2. Prepping and Numbing the area.
I will Saline rinse your eye area than numb it.
3. Eyeliner Mapping
If you are doing just lash enhancements I don't usually mark you because its just up to where your lashes grow, but if you want classic or winged eyeliner than I usually will mark the angle of where we want the eyeliner to be. I usually err on the side of not as thick the first time because we can always go thicker but can't remove.
4. Color Selection
Pigment is selected based off whether you want Brown, Brown black, charcoal, or Jet Black.
5. Eyeliner Procedure
I add a base color of brown to help it not turn as blue gray in the future using a tattoo machine and after doing first pass on one brow I will renumb and move to the second eye. Then whatever color you want it to be I will do 2-3 passes with that color.
6. After care Instructions
You'll receive detailed instructions for caring for your eyeliner while they heal.
7. Perfecting Session
I will check when you are available and schedule your perfecting and touch up session. This appt is usually 6-8 weeks later. We will adjust color, shape, thickness, or any worries or concerns after it is all healed so we can make your eyeliner so that you will LOVE it.
Eyeliner After Care
Stay Away from Pool, Hot Tub, and Sauna
Stay away from Direct Sunlight and wear Sunglasses, and Hats
Don't wipe them or put anything on. We do a dry heal for eyeliner.
If after 7 days there looks like there is still some skin in your lashes its probable flaked and stuck in your lashes. Don't brush them out just use a bit of warm water either in the shower and let it rinse it out or you can use warm water and rinse your face don't scrub.
I recommend getting a new mascara for right after wait 7-10 days to put mascara on.
Healing Process
Remember your skin will heal differently and some people heal in shorter time, some longer, some have more skin that peels, and some have none. But this is a timeline that is similar to a lot of people.
Days 1-3
Eyeliner may appear darker and thicker.
Days 3-7
Eyeliner will start flaking some skin, the color can dissappear or lighten significantly. It's called the ghosting phase. Trust the process.
Days 7-10
You will be done flaking and can shower and swim, hot tub, and sauna again. You might feel itchy because its healing but that's ok. If you see any skin in your lashes you can take a warm shower and let it roll down your face to see if it comes off if it comes off on its own great.
Weeks 2-4
Eyeliner will start to settle and you will start to see what the color and how thick it will be healed.
Weeks 6-8
You will get your touch up appt and can share anything you want tweaked or changed.

Frequently Asked Questions
How Much does Eyeliner Cost?
I charge $400 for just top eyeliner, and $600 for top and bottom eyeliner.
How often do you need a touch-up for eyeliner?
Depends on the color we choose, and how dark or vibrant you want that color to be. But with most clients choosing black I have seen some wait till 5-10 years to do a touch up.
Can I wear Makeup after Eyeliner?
For the first 7-10 days I usually recommend no mascara or eyeliner or eyeshadow. You can do other makeup around it, but be careful when washing it off. You can use mascara after 7 days, but I recommend getting a new mascara so it isn't old bacteria getting into the new eyeliner.
What Should I do before my appointment?
If you have any questions or concerns ask me. If you want to do any facials or anything like that do it before. 6-24 hours before you should eliminate or minimize caffeine and if you are on a blood thinner that you can skip one day than do that. Come hydrated and eat something. Also I recommend comfortable clothing you will be laying down on a massage bed for a couple hours. Make sure you have Lash Extensions take off 48 hours before.
Does Permanent Eyeliner Hurt?
I put primary numbing, and once I do a first pass than I do a secondary numbing. Most of my clients say they couldn't feel anything. Especially after secondary numbing. Most people say they can feel the vibration.
What is Lash Enhancement?
If you only want to define your eye and not have super thick eyeliner lash enhancement might be right for you. I only put the ink where your lashes grow out of your skin so it defines that area and not more. I can do lash enhancement on both the top and bottom or just top based off your preference.
