Meet Angela Lealaogata
Angela has been a Professional Makeup artist for 19 years, and a Permanent Makeup artist for 3 years. She has been trained by International Makeup Artist Robert Jones. She got certified to be a Permanent Makeup artist and Nano Brow specialist, and after a year she got certified to do Lip Blushing, Permanent Eyeliner, and Scar and stretch mark Camouflage.
Robert Jones was amazing to learn from to become a Makeup Artist. He is such an amazing human and I'm so grateful I get to call him my friend. He has written 6-8 books and does makeup for many celebrities and his main philosophy that I have picked up is about accentuating and doing makeup for the person's facial features: eye shape, face shape, skin tone, eye color, hair color, etc. It's not just about adding TONS of makeup.
As a Professional hair and Makeup artist I have loved being a part of so many women's special days whether for weddings, galas, birthdays, family pics, or boudoir. I still LOVE doing that, and don't think I could ever see stopping. After my kids grew up a bit and started doing more sports and things on weekends I realized how much I was struggling to make it to more of their games. So something else people have asked is if I did brows (tattoo, or microblading) or knew someone that did. I would send them to a couple people I knew, but after getting my own done I realized what trainings you needed and started considering learning.
One thing about me I absolutely love is to learn. I love to learn new skills. I love to try new things. I love things that make me scared. I know that sometimes I chicken out, but for the most part I do try to just try, because one thing I have learned is that you only regret the things you haven't tried or done but the things you have you will look back and be glad you did
So about 3 years ago I got trained and certified to do Nano brows, and after that I added in Lip Blushing and Eyeliner, and than eventually added the Paramedical tattooing, and got certified to do all of them, and I have LOVED being able to do these extra services for my clients.
A little more about me. I was raised in Connecticut and moved to Utah when I was 11. We lived in a small town in Utah called Boulder Population 175 people. LOL definitely a different vibe than the East coast. I have learned I am a city person. I have been married for 24 years. I have 5 children. 1 girl and 4 boys. My daughter is now married, and this is a picture of when she got married. Such a fun day, and I don't feel old enough for that.
I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years. I started selling Mary Kay. I earned 3 cars and became somewhat successful, and I did love it. There are a lot of lessons with people, makeup, and communication, and business I learned because of being in Mary Kay.
While in Mary Kay one of the cars I earned, I was the Top Production out all of the western region and earned a car on stage. They gave me keys, some amazing gifts, and I got to drive away with it. Having 5,000 women screaming for you, and so many friends and family members there it was crazy exciting. One of the funnest and amazing moments of my life bar my kids and wedding. :)

I also earned a FREE Cruise to the Caribbean with my husband, and LOVED it. I LOVE traveling and want to continue to do it with my family, with others, etc.
While in Mary Kay I started doing Professional makeup, and than added Hairstyling after 6-8 years later. I had met a lot of Bridal hair stylists and learned they didn't learn much of updo styling in school. So I taught myself with videos and added it since most never were taught and added each style little by little when I felt confident in it. I absolutely LOVE helping create your makeup and hair style and all you have to do is get your dress on, and you look GORGEOUS for your special day.
I LOVE traveling and meeting new people. I am very down to earth and want your day to be calm, but fun.
